How it works

The GentleBottle replacement nipple keeps the bottle's off-center, natural-latch design at every flow, so a baby moving up a flow feeds from the same nipple shape as before. Flow is the part you choose: 0M+ Preemie, 0-3M+ Slow, 3-6M+ Medium, 6M+ Fast, or X-Cut for thicker liquids.

Why parents choose it

  • Five flows: preemie, slow, medium, fast and X-cut
  • Same off-center, natural-latch shape as the original GentleBottle nipple
  • X-cut option made for thicker liquids
  • Age-labelled flows: 0M+ preemie, 0-3M+ slow, 3-6M+ medium, 6M+ fast

Who it is for

Good fit for
  • Replacing a worn GentleBottle nipple.
  • Changing flow rate as a baby grows. Flow is the option you pick here, and there are five: preemie, slow, medium, fast, and an X-cut for thickened liquids.
  • Keeping a spare pair so a bottle is never out of service.
Not right for
  • Another brand of bottle.
  • Someone who needs a whole bottle rather than a part.
  • The bottle-to-cup step. That is the soft spout or the transitional sippy lid.

Nipples wear with sterilizing and chewing, having the right replacement flow on hand keeps paced, comfortable feeds consistent as baby grows.

More about this one

Which flow is right for my baby's age?

Match the age label on the GentleBottle replacement nipple: Preemie is labelled 0M+, Slow 0-3M+, Medium 3-6M+ and Fast 6M+. The X-cut is not tied to an age; it is made for thicker liquids. Each pack holds 2 nipples of the one flow you pick, so a pair of the next flow can be ready before you need it.

What is included

2 replacement nipples in the flow you choose. They fit the GentleBottle.

How to clean it

The only bottle my baby can use

My baby has a poor suck/swallow and struggled with breastfeeding and bottle feeding. I tried multiple bottles and he was finally able to use this one because he could compress more on the nipple, generating more of suck (in a unique way). After switching to this bottle he dramatically gained weight, became a happier baby and our lives dramatically changed.

The perfect x for our babies bottle. This was the 4th brand made for cereal and this is the only one we loved. Thank you!

    Phenomenal- look no further!

With my last child I tried Dr Browns bottles - they were constantly leaking and I spent tons of money buying new ones to no avail, even their customer service told me there’s no solution to it. I saw an online ad for Olababy bottles and knew I had to try them. It has been seamless for my now 10 week old to transition between breast to bottle at any moments notice. There’s no fuss also for me with needing to wash unnecessary pieces to the bottle like other products have- time saving is a must for a working mom like me! Thank you for making such an amazing product! Even the grandmas wished they had these!

    Customer service is great

I had ordered 2 sets of botles in the color mint and they sent me the wrong color but I reached out to customer service and they were amazing super helpful they helped fix everything right away, the bottles are very good quality and a super soft silicone material.

    Nice bottle, but nipple collapses

My baby likes this bottle more than many others, however each time he drinks from it the nipple collapses and I have to remove it from his mouth and let air in from the nipple holes. Seems like the anti colic air valves do not work properly. I have 5 of these bottles and every one of them does this. It’s a disappointment.

Does baby led weaning help a baby learn when they are full?
